A&R led the master planning, site work, and development of this 30-acre site in southeast Washington DC. The completed development includes 142 for sale home, 86 rental townhomes, and apartments, and a 151-unit senior building. A&R also oversaw the entitlement and site for a 12-acre mixed use town center as part of the project.
